- Undertake the role of a keyworker with a group of ladies and gents, engaging in both routine and social activities with them throughout the day;
- Interact with the friends and family of people living with us, including attending review meetings. Meeting and greeting other visitors to the home.
Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us. You will be part of team who believe in respecting every person as a unique individual, treating them with the dignity you would wish for yourself.

Activity Coordinator

Towerview Care provide complex nursing care to ladies and gentlemen of working and older age who have mental health and complex challenging care needs.
An Activity Co-ordinator is required to work at our friendly care home, Belle Vue Court based in Mapperley, Nottingham NG3.
We are looking for a kind, caring, creative and confident individual to work with our ladies and gentlemen in enhancing their lives.
You will work with the Occupational Therapist to deliver individual and group activities that are therapeutically beneficial.
In addition you will plan and implement activities appropriate to those who reside at the home and organise fundraising events.
You will be a team player with a proven ability to work on your own initiative to develop and organise a range of events / activities, be a good communicator with great organisational skills.
A genuine interest in working with the people who reside at Towerview Care is essential as is a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
Previous experience of working with people with mental health needs and complex care is desirable together with a qualification in remedial / occupational therapies.
